Terms and Conditions
Fortune Forged Wheels LLC
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, invoices, orders, and payments issued by Fortune Forged Wheels LLC. This includes, without limitation, purchases made through our website, direct invoicing, email invoices, or any third-party invoicing or merchant processing platform used by Fortune Forged Wheels LLC.
By submitting payment on any invoice or checkout issued by Fortune Forged Wheels LLC, the customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by all Terms and Conditions set forth herein. Submission of payment constitutes the customer’s electronic signature and agreement, regardless of the payment method or platform used.
Custom Manufacturing
All Fortune Forged Wheels LLC products are custom manufactured to order. Each set of wheels is built specifically to the customer’s requested specifications. Production begins immediately upon receipt of payment or deposit.
Production Timeframes
Standard production time is approximately 6–8 weeks for monoblock wheels and 9–10 weeks for multi-piece wheels. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production timelines may vary due to finishing processes, production scheduling, material availability, logistics, inspections, or other unforeseen factors. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all production and delivery timelines are approximate and subject to change.
All Sales Final Policy
All sales are final under all circumstances. Fortune Forged Wheels LLC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any reason once payment or deposit has been submitted.
Because all wheels are custom-made to the customer’s specifications, orders are non-refundable regardless of production stage, including but not limited to: production delays, shipping delays, freight or port inspections, cosmetic preferences, fitment concerns, vehicle changes, or change of mind. Customers are solely responsible for confirming all wheel specifications, finishes, vehicle information, and measurements prior to submitting payment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled after payment or deposit is received, as production begins immediately.
In rare cases where Fortune Forged Wheels LLC approves a cancellation prior to production milestones, a minimum 10% processing and allocation fee will be deducted. All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits and Final Payment
If a deposit is accepted, the remaining balance is due approximately four (4) weeks after order placement. Completion photos will be provided prior to final payment. Wheels will not be released for shipment until the invoice is paid in full.
Orders placed with discounted, sponsorship, ambassador, influencer, or at-cost pricing must be paid in full at the time of invoicing and are not eligible for deposit arrangements.
Shipping and Delivery
Once production is complete and payment is received in full, wheels will be released to logistics for shipment. Tracking information will be provided once a shipping label is issued. Fortune Forged Wheels LLC is not responsible for delayscaused by carriers, freight companies, port congestion, customs inspections, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Because all Fortune Forged Wheels LLC products are custom manufactured to order, chargebacks and payment disputes are not valid methods of cancellation.
By submitting payment, the customer expressly agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason after purchase. Any chargeback filed will be contested in full with supporting documentation, including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions, invoice records, production documentation, order specifications, and written communications.
The customer agrees to be held financially responsible for all chargeback fees, legal fees, administrative costs, and recovery expenses incurred by Fortune Forged Wheels LLC as a result of any payment dispute.
Agreement
Submission of payment constitutes the customer’s electronic signature and legally binding acceptance of all Terms and Conditions listed above, regardless of whether payment is submitted through the website, invoicing software, or any other merchant platform used by Fortune Forged Wheels LLC.
