Our Commitment
Fortune Forged Wheels was built to raise the standard in forged wheel design, strength, and customer experience. Forged wheels are widely recognized as safer, stronger, and more durable than conventional cast wheels. We stand behind every set we produce—delivering not only exceptional products, but exceptional service through our team and authorized partners.

Order Policy

All Fortune Forged Wheels products are custom-built to order and manufactured specifically to the customer’s requested specifications, including size, offset, finish, bolt pattern, and vehicle configuration. Due to the custom nature of forged wheel manufacturing, all sales are final immediately upon payment submission.

Once an order is placed, production scheduling, raw material allocation, machining, and finishing processes begin shortly thereafter. As a result, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, exchanges, or order reversals are not permitted under any circumstance once payment has been received.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying all vehicle specifications, fitment information, finish selections, and order details prior to submitting payment. Fortune Forged Wheels is not responsible for changes in customer preference, lack of interest, vehicle sales, project delays, financing changes, or other circumstances unrelated to the manufacturing process itself.

Any approved cancellation request made prior to production commencement, if accepted solely at Fortune Forged Wheels’ discretion, may still be subject to substantial administrative, processing, and material allocation fees.

Fortune Forged Wheels is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, transportation expenses, vehicle downtime, alignment costs, towing, loss of vehicle use, or any incidental or consequential damages related to product use, installation, shipping delays, or warranty claims.

Warranty Coverage
This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims—please retain your original invoice.

Fortune Forged Wheels warrants that its wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheels (beginning on the delivery date). At our discretion, any wheel determined to be defective under warranty guidelines will be repaired or replaced.

Finish Warranty
Powder-coated finishes are warranted to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects under normal driving conditions, including standard paved roads and typical weather exposure. Regular cleaning and maintenance are required to preserve the finish warranty, especially in climates where road salt or chemicals are used.

Care & Maintenance Requirements
To maintain appearance and warranty coverage:

• Use only mild soap, water, and a soft non-abrasive cloth.

• Do not use chemical cleaners, harsh solutions, or spray-on wheel acids.

• Allow wheels to cool before cleaning; avoid washing when hot.

• Clean in shaded conditions whenever possible.

• Polished finishes require regular polishing to maintain luster.

• Some automated car washes and cleaning agents may damage finishes and should be avoided.

Unauthorized Repairs
Any refinishing, welding, machining, or structural repair performed by anyone other than Fortune Forged Wheels will void the warranty and may compromise safety.

Proper Installation Requirement
Warranty coverage requires proper installation on the vehicle specified at the time of order, using the correct hardware and tire sizes. Wheels must be installed according to the provided specifications and industry standards.

Important Notice
Warranty returns determined not to qualify for coverage will be returned at the sender’s expense without repair or replacement.

Limitations of Liability
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other expressed warranties. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. Fortune Forged Wheels does not authorize any representative or dealer to assume additional liability on its behalf. We reserve the right to update product designs, materials, or specifications without obligation to modify previously manufactured products.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

• Wheels not purchased through an authorized dealer

• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents

• Damage from racing, competition, off-road use, or road hazards

• Damage caused by improper accessories or installation

• Wheels that have been modified or repaired

• Cosmetic blemishes on the backside of the wheel (finish coverage applies to the visible face only)

Installation Guidelines

• Test-fit wheels before mounting tires to verify clearances.

• Follow tire manufacturer rim width recommendations.

• Confirm proper stud length and hardware fitment.

• Do not use spacers; if used, installer/end user assumes all responsibility.

• Torque lug hardware in a star pattern using manufacturer specifications.

• Re-check clearances and wheel rotation before driving.

• Re-torque lug hardware after 25 miles and again at 100 miles.

   

  
  

  Return & Cancellation Policy

  All Sales Final — Built to Order

  • All Fortune Forged wheel orders are custom manufactured and not pre-stocked inventory.

  • Production begins once payment is received.

  • As a result, all sales are final after an order is placed.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

  This policy is necessary because custom wheels built to one customer’s exact specifications cannot reasonably be reassigned or resold as standard inventory.

  Before Production Begins

  If a cancellation request is submitted before production has commenced, Fortune Forged Wheels may review the request at its discretion. Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative and processing fees.

  Shipping Damage or Manufacturing Defect

  Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged due to shipping (must be reported immediately upon delivery and prior to installation), or

  • A verified manufacturing defect is identified and approved under warranty guidelines.

  In such cases, Fortune Forged Wheels will repair or replace the affected product as appropriate.

  Non-Returnable Situations

  Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Damage caused after installation or use

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Normal wear, road hazards, or accidents

  Customer Responsibility

  Customers are responsible for confirming all vehicle specifications, sizing, finishes, and order details prior to submitting order confirmation. Our team is available to assist with fitment verification to ensure accuracy before production begins.

  By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Cancellation Policy as a condition of sale.

  Approved specifications are final. Fortune Forged Wheels manufactures products based on the specifications confirmed by the customer prior to production. Fortune Forged Wheels is not responsible for disputes arising from customer-approved specifications once production has begun.
