Fortune Forged Wheels — Shipping Policy & Timeframe Notice

At Fortune Forged Wheels, every order is custom built and shipped through a coordinated logistics process. We are committed to clear communication and reliable delivery; however, due to the nature of manufacturing and freight transport, all shipping timelines provided are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.


Estimated Timeframes 

All delivery timelines include production, batch coordination, international freight, customs clearance, and domestic delivery. While the vast majority of orders arrive within the stated lead times, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping and logistics rely on third-party carriers, port authorities, customs agencies, weather conditions, holidays, inspections, and other factors outside of Fortune Forged Wheels’ control. As a result, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur despite proper planning.

These variables are a normal part of international freight movement and do not indicate a problem with your order.


Typical Lead Times

Standard Shipping (Included)
Approximately 8 weeks total from order placement:

  • Production: 20–30 days

  • Batch Coordination & Packaging: 7–10 days

  • International Freight & Clearances: ~30 days

Freight shipments travel by sea and may be subject to customs inspections, port congestion, or scheduling adjustments.

Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)
Approximately 4–5 weeks total.
This service accelerates production handling and international shipping where possible.

Upgrade pricing:

  • Pair of wheels: +$230–250

  • Set of four wheels: +$400–495

Express service can be selected at checkout or added anytime prior to shipment.


Why Timeframes Can Change

While we carefully plan each stage, logistics involves human coordination across multiple organizations worldwide. Delays may be caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Port congestion or scheduling changes

  • Carrier capacity or routing adjustments

  • Weather events or natural disruptions

  • International holidays or reduced staffing periods

  • Security checks or regulatory holds

These factors are outside the control of any manufacturer or shipper.


Our Responsibility & Commitment

  • We coordinate production and shipping as efficiently as possible.

  • We proactively monitor shipments and assist if delays occur.

  • We provide tracking once your order transitions to domestic delivery.

  • We remain available for status updates throughout transit.

Historically, the overwhelming majority of orders are delivered within the estimated lead time range, and delays beyond that window are uncommon.


Tracking Information

Once your shipment clears customs and transfers to the domestic carrier (UPS or FedEx), tracking will be emailed to you. Tracking updates begin only after the carrier scans the package into their system.

For updates while your order is in international freight transit, you may contact us for manual status checks.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Shipping and handling within North America are included in the listed price.

  • International shipping costs outside North America are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

While precise delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to reliance on external logistics networks, our process is structured to deliver within the stated timeframe under normal conditions. We will always communicate transparently and support you until your wheels arrive safely.
