THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“ENTRANT”) AND FORTUNE FORGED WHEELS LLC (“SPONSOR”). BY SELECTING THE “I AGREE” CHECKBOX, SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES, THE TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND THE PRIVACY POLICY. I certify that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and meet all eligibility requirements contained in the Official Sweepstakes Rules. 2. Review of Rules. I have had the opportunity to read the Official Sweepstakes Rules in their entirety before participating, and I understand that they govern every aspect of this Promotion, including eligibility, methods of entry, winner selection, prize distribution, limitations, and Sponsor’s rights. 3. No Purchase Necessary. I understand that NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN where provided in the Official Sweepstakes Rules, that A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE MY CHANCES OF WINNING, and that any available Alternate Method of Entry is described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules. 4. Official Rules Govern. I understand and agree that the Official Sweepstakes Rules constitute the controlling agreement governing this Promotion. If there is any conflict between advertising, promotional materials, social media posts, verbal statements, or other communications and the Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Official Sweepstakes Rules shall control. 5. Random Drawing. I understand that the winner will be selected by random drawing in accordance with the procedures described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules and that Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Promotion, eligibility, interpretation of the Rules, and winner determination shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 6. Verification. I understand that Sponsor may verify my identity, age, residency, eligibility, and compliance with the Official Sweepstakes Rules before awarding any prize and may require government-issued identification and other documentation. 7. Disqualification. I understand that Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information, attempts to manipulate the Promotion, uses automated or unauthorized entry methods, violates the Official Sweepstakes Rules, or engages in conduct that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion. 8. Prize Acceptance. If I am selected as the potential winner, I understand that I may be required to execute affidavits of eligibility, liability releases, publicity releases where permitted by law, tax documentation, vehicle transfer documents, and any other reasonably necessary paperwork before the prize is awarded. 9. Taxes and Ownership Costs. I understand that I am solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, registration fees, insurance premiums, licensing costs, inspection fees, transportation expenses, and any other costs associated with accepting, registering, maintaining, or operating the prize unless expressly stated otherwise in the Official Sweepstakes Rules. 10. Vehicle Condition. I understand that the prize vehicle will be transferred subject to the conditions described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules and any accompanying disclosures provided by Sponsor. I acknowledge that I have the opportunity to review those disclosures before accepting the prize. 11. Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Fortune Forged Wheels LLC and its owners, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, sponsors, manufacturers, vendors, event organizers, successors, assigns, and representatives from claims arising from my participation in the Promotion or my acceptance, ownership, or use of the prize, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived. 12. Compliance with Applicable Law. I understand that this Promotion is intended to be administered in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and that any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 13. Entire Agreement. I acknowledge that the Official Sweepstakes Rules, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and this Participant Acknowledgment constitute the complete agreement between Sponsor and me regarding this Promotion and supersede any prior oral or written statements concerning the Promotion. 14. Electronic Acceptance. I understand and agree that selecting the “I Agree” checkbox constitutes my electronic signature and has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature. I further acknowledge that Sponsor may retain electronic records of my acceptance, including the date, time, and other transaction information associated with my entry. 15. Voluntary Participation.
